CHOCOLATE WORKSHOPS: COURSE INFORMATION
INFORMATION
On arrival at a Chocolate Delight workshop you will be welcomed with chocolaty goodness!!! We encourage you to indulge in a delicious chocolate fountain, which runs throughout the entire course!
Our experienced Chocolate Delight chocolatier starts with a fascinating discussion about the history of chocolate and production process from bean to bar. You will then be shown how to create delicious Belgian truffles by hand from raw chocolate ingredients. Under Chocolate Delight's expert guidance you will learn how to mix, pipe, cut, shape, coat, decorate, and finally package your very own delicious Belgian truffles.
You will leave the chocolate workshop with between 30 to 50 Belgian truffles to indulge in, or show off to friends and family!!
Also included is a live and interactive demonstration on how to temper chocolate.

DURATION
- 64% dark chocolate (certified wheat and gluten free, product may contain traces of nuts)
- Cream
- Cocoa powder
- Icing sugar
- Desiccated coconut
- Chopped mixed nuts
ALLERGY INFORMATION
Our courses may not be suitable for people who suffer from nut allergies. Nuts are used as toppings, so can be avoided but may have come in contact with any equipment being used.
If you are lactose intolerant and want to attend the course this is no problem. We can provide a lactose-free mixture instead of cream, please notify us in advance of attending course.
