  •  Do I need to bring anything with me?
    The only thing you need to bring is your booking confirmation and a smile! We provide everything needed on the day, including aprons!

  • What should I do if I haven't received booking confirmation?
    If you have not received email confirmation after making a booking (either online or over the phone) then please call. 
    For bookings in the South, North or Wales (view locations) please call 01202 759979
    For bookings in the Midlands (view locations) please call 01789 740604

  • Can I bring someone to watch?
    Unfortunately there is not enough space at our venues for you to bring spectators.

  • Is the class suitable for children?
    We generally state that the class may be unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. 
    Please note: All children of 16 years and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.

  • Do you sell chocolate?
    Yes! You can purchase bags of chocolate in the class.

  • What is the difference between a Standard and Early Bird ticket?
    With a Standard ticket there is some flexibility to change the course date, time, location,  or cancel to your ticket. Please see our Terms and Conditions 
    An Early Bird ticket is discounted. It is non refundable. The date, time and location are non changeble.
